TEPAS 2025 is held in South Nias, highlighting the socio-political issues of the South Nias Church – The Pastoral Meeting of the Sumatra Region (TEPAS) 2025 is officially held at the Baga Hotel, Lagundri Village, Luahagundre Maniamolo District, South Nias. With the theme "Synodality of the Sumatra Church Amid Socio-Political Life Issues", this event serves as a platform for dialogue and cooperation among churches in the Sumatra region in facing current socio-political challenges.
The event was opened by the Vice Regent of South Nias, Ir. Yusuf Nache, S.T., M.M., who conveyed the importance of synergy between the church and the government in building communities. TEPAS 2025 was attended by various representatives from churches and community leaders from all over Sumatra, emphasizing the active role of the church in a fairer and more inclusive public life.
